First-month setup and support
What families should expect between requesting access, receiving a private invite, the first learning month, support, and any future paid access.
From application to private invite
The access request is a fit review, not automatic enrollment. We look at family context, learning languages, schooling situation, weekly capacity, and whether SchoolQuest AI can provide a useful first month without asking the family to share unnecessary child details.
The first month starts small
A good first month should begin with one child, one weekly rhythm, short daily missions, a few real tutor moments, and simple portfolio evidence. The goal is to make sure the learning loop feels useful before adding more subjects, children, or groups.
Support and payment boundaries
Before paid access, families should see the support path, privacy boundary, refund/cancellation rules, pricing period, and what happens if the early-access program changes or ends.
